How and why I collect data and covering your choices.
WHO AM I?
Mike English of 1 Southcote Road, SE25 4RG (“I” /“me”), is a food and lifestyle photographer based in London working with some of the UK and World’s leading brands, magazines, publications, chefs and restaurants.
This notice also explains your rights as someone who may provide personal data to me through the Websites and how to exercise these rights.
WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND USED BY ME?
If you click on any “contact me” link on the Website, I will collect your name and contact details (such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal address) in order to send marketing and other communications to you as well as to respond to any enquiries you make. By clicking on this link you are consenting to me using that information for this purpose. This consent is my legal basis for using the information in this way.
Where appropriate, I may transfer the contact information you provide to certain third party contractors (such as food stylists, prop stylists and art directors) so that they may contact you in connection with bookings.
Additionally, I must disclose information when I believe I am legally obliged to, or in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding prohibited activities, such as incidents of hacking, misuse, suspected fraud, or other prohibited activities or tax and accounting purposes.
I will not knowingly transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (including the European Union).
If at any time you decide to withdraw your consent and would like me to remove you from my contact database please use the ‘contact me’ link on the Website. You must include your name, e-mail address, and clear instructions regarding changes you are requesting.

I will keep your information that I collect on the Website for a reasonable period for the purposes set out above. I will seek to ensure that your personal data disclosed to me is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.
